This Easy Homemade Peach Cobbler is perfect year-round! Made with frozen peaches, it features a buttery cakey topping with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and bubbling with sweet juicy flavors.
Prepare peach filling, by adding frozen peaches to a glass baking dish. Add dry ingredients and gentle fold. Leave resting.
Next, prepare the cobbler topping. In a large bowl whisk the dry ingredients until no clumps are visible.
Then, add the whole milk and beaten egg. Using a spatula or pastry cutter, carefully incorporate the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until the mixture resemble a wet crumble.
Add the cobbler topping on top of the peach filling and then sprinkle cold cubes of unsalted butter. For extra crunch, add some raw sugar/turbinado sugar on top of the butter.
Bake for 45-50 minutes and then cool for 15 minutes.
