Coquito de Guayaba

A perfectly balanced and sweet guava flavored coquito mixed with cream of coconut, all-natural guayaba pulp and paste, cinnamon, clove, vanilla, and lime extracts. Blended with white rum, this fruity Puerto Rican Coquito is a must try!

Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz guava pulp or juice (unsweetened/no sugar added)
  • 1/2 cup guava paste
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 1 can cream of coconut
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground clove
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lime extract
  • 2 cups white rum (preferred brand: Don Q)

Instructions
 

  • Pour cream of coconut and guava pulp/juice in a blender and mix well until smooth.
  • Taste mixture and add your desired amount of guava paste.
  • Then, add vanilla extract, lime extract, cinnamon, and clove to the mixture. Quickly combine.
  • Once smooth, add the evaporated milk, condensed milk, and white rum. Blend again.
  • Chill in fridge for 2-3 hours before serving.
