14 oz guava pulp or juice (unsweetened/no sugar added) 1/2 cup guava paste 2 cans evaporated milk 1 can cream of coconut 1 can sweetened condensed milk 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon ground clove 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 teaspoon lime extract 2 cups white rum (preferred brand: Don Q)
Pour cream of coconut and guava pulp/juice in a blender and mix well until smooth.
Taste mixture and add your desired amount of guava paste.
Then, add vanilla extract, lime extract, cinnamon, and clove to the mixture. Quickly combine.
Once smooth, add the evaporated milk, condensed milk, and white rum. Blend again.
Chill in fridge for 2-3 hours before serving.
