Game Day Spinach Artichoke Dip

1 8 oz package of cream cheese softened 1/4 cup of sour cream 1/2 cup of italian cheeses parmesan and romano 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese reserve more for topping 1/2 cup of frozen spinach or 1 cup of cooked spinach drained 1 15 oz can of artichoke hearts drained and finely diced 3 tablespoons of minced garlic 1 teaspoon of dried basil 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F)
Drain can of artichoke hearts and dice them finely.
Add diced artichokes to a bowl and add frozen spinach.
Add soften cream cheese, sour cream, garlic and italian cheeses. Mix well
Next add portion of mozzarella cheese and mix. Reserve extra mozzarella cheese for topping.
Season mixture with red pepper flakes, dried basil and any other desired spices.
Sprinkle extra cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips or sliced french baquette.
